What Message Are You Sending?

Customers make emotional choices and first impressions count. Yesterday, I was driving behind a carpet cleaning van and noticed two things:

1. The van was clean and well maintained which represented the business in a positive light;

2. There was a typo in the lettering on the window indicating they might not pay attention to details.

Not every potential customer would be bothered by #2 but in this economy, business owners can’t afford to send mixed messages.

A copyeditor and/or proofreader can eliminate errors and improve your chances of securing new customers.
